Who we are

We are Wendy and Shane Prince, two Australians who travelled and lived in Cambodia in 2010.

Whilst there, we discovered a local restaurant frequented by the local Khmer.  This is where we discovered the local specialty of thin strips of local Khmer beef, fresh and piping hot off a coal barbecue and dipped into a tangy pepper and lime sauce.

Every other night we would go to this restaurant impatiently waiting for the beef to arrive. ..then finally… a mouth watering but unexpected fusion of flavours…just sublime! Who would expect such a simple dish could be so addictive.

Sometimes for variety we would do this with chicken or pork.

This black pepper was Kampot pepper!

 Our philosophy

Our business goes to the heart of what we believe in. Offering local family businesses, from developing countries, who care about their product, and who would otherwise have no access to markets especially the regional or international market. We are simply providing local families with commercial market access. 

 The future

In the next few months we will be introducing a range of products including more herbs and spice, homeware and kitchenware. All artisan made with care, love and skill from locals families.
